Salon Guidelines
Confirmations are Crucial
When making an appointment, you will receive a confirmation email or text. We want to make sure your service is scheduled properly and we are here for you when the appointment time arrives!
You will receive a text message notification when your appointment is initially booked and/or when it is edited.
You will receive a text message notification 48-hours, 24-hours and 2-hours prior to your appointment.
Credit Card Required
Our service providers’ time is valuable and we will require a credit card to secure appointments.
Cancelation Policy
We require 24-hour notice to cancel appointments. We do understand illness and emergencies, but please allow us as much notice as possible. Appointments canceled within 24-hours of the scheduled appointment time, or that are not attended, will be charged a 50% service charge for the services that were reserved.
No Call/No Show
If you do not show up for your appointment, you will be subject to full-service charges.
Limited Guests
Please limit the number of guests you have accompanying you to your appointment. Please do not leave your children unattended during your appointment time. No additional guests are allowed during microblading or lip-blushing appointments.
Sickness
Please call and reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing any flu/COVID-19 symptoms.
